I'm so amped on this feature which Surfline put out two days ago.

Inside you will find some seriously good shots from a handful of Florida's finest surf photographers. Also, I am very excited about the interview they gave me in this feature. It's a pretty wild feeling being included with Surfline's top photographers. Stoked is an understatement, blessed is a good way to put it. Shoots Boiz I can't wait for some swell!

Check it out and enjoy!

the Chuan Part 1. by Nathaniel Harrington

I say the Chaun Part 1 because i know parts 2- infinity are still on their way, I'll try to keep tract.

I really enjoy shooting with Chauncey Robinson, he's one of the best, most humble surfers I've ever met. Its always a pleasure.

Yesterday had some fun, brief moments at the inlet, check 'em out.

December and the wetsuits are back. getting ready for buuurrrr.....

If yo rever find yourself standing around with me, and there just happens to be a camera in my hand, there's a solid chance that lifestyles follow.

Frowning is the new cool.

Pretty stoked on these Vissla Wetsuits, they are looking pretty clean cut. Chaun models them well.

Thank You for stopping by!

A few memorable moments from Hurricane Joaquin. by Nathaniel Harrington

Hi guys!

Man, this past run of swell was one to be remembered! After a long flat summer the first few days of Fall kicked off with a bang! Hurricane Joaquin mixing in with our first Nor' Easter real made for a good time. Every spot in Florida was firing and for the first time I didn't have to drive more than ten minutes to score pumping surf.

When I say score I really mean it! I had the privilege of shooting with several pro's including Brad Domke as well as Chris Ward. I was featured everywhere from Eastern Surf Mag to Surfing Magazine. This swell really allowed me to showcase some abilities of being able to shoot in the barrel. I was able to earn some international media making this the most successful Florida swell for me yet.

Check out these screen grabs from my features.

Brad Domke on ESM, Gallery #2 from Hurricane Joaquin.

One image of Chris Ward was used as a Surfing Magazine Instagram post. Considering they have almost a million followers this is really good media! This photo has received over 22,000 likes.

I snapped all of these in a two day span, that was a good two days! What a blessing it was to have swell like that. It was really good to see that everyone scored wherever they went. It wasn't like I sat in the magical spot, it was just where I was, everywhere looked like this.

Lets all hope and pray we get a winter that matches this swell!

Thank You for stopping in and hope to see you in the water.

Sebastian Inlet, Sunrises and Sunsets. by Nathaniel Harrington

Christmas break surf has been pretty fun! I was able to get a really good evening and morning mesh at Sebastian Inlet recently. The colors are what really get me! Florida has some beautiful seasons to enjoy!

Here's the pics.

Chauncey Robinson started off the fun with this indie air reverse. Sorry about the water spots.. :/

Nathan Gallagher was surfing with a fury during my sunset sesh. Every other wave that came in, he was on it displacing some water!

Paul Reinecke doing what he does best.

The next morning...

Wiley Robinson getting his legs warmed up for the day with some seriously mean turns.

My Pastor, Jim Gallagher, teaching all the groms how to lay it down proper.

Chauncey, Indie Air Reverse with the morning light.

It's not always my focus to try to shoot the wedging barrel that takes place at first peak, but it sure can look nice when its right! Here's Wiley tucking in on a fun backlit one.

Wiley a second later.

Jim Gallagher looked like he was having an "on fire" morning out there, the sky showed its color as well.

Every once in a while this happens. Chauncey right at home.

Such a fun time shooting with all the guys out there! Here's the rest in a gallery to wet your appetite for the next swell to come.

Thanks for checking in!

Enjoy your time in the water,

Hellooo Weekend. by Nathaniel Harrington

After a week of work there is nothing like a Saturday morning and pitching surf. The winds turned over night, cleaned it up, and gave us glory all day long!

I shot all these images at Sebastian Inlet, Florida. The storms offshore really made the colors amazing! It was my first time being in the water at Sebastian so there was some getting used to it... all around though I think it was pretty successful and I can't wait for the chance to go there again. The East Coast keeps delivering.

Peaky, clean, and size-able surf.

Ryan Reineke with high speed carves.

Vero Beach local, Terry Thompson getting some cover.

Ryan Reineke scored this perfect A-Frame right in front of me.. couldn't be more stoked.

I got to see a piece of Ryan's mean backside capabilities. This was a dropping, bottom turn, to a powerful, vertical snap.

David Speir gettin loose! Huge Tail blow. I'm really amped on the backlighting!

Gahhh.

Here's another of David. If the backwash looked like it was going to connect right and barrel, he was on it! I'm sure its been said before but this guy knows Sebastian Inlet well.

I'll close this post with an awesome shot of Ryan tucking into this little barrel.

Shoots, that was a great morning. I hope you enjoyed the shots! I'll post two more previews to the morning in a couple days... I gotta send them out to a couple editors first ;)

I am new to the area and don't know many folks around here yet. If you are interested in some surf photography please feel free to contact me at natehphoto@gmail.com. Also, if you know anyone who would be interested in seeing these shots please share!

Thanks for checking in and Aloha friends.
